Jurij Fiore & Figlia, Puntodivista Lamole Vintage:2017 and the balance SyrahJurij Fiore approaches his new project in Lamole with lessons he learned in Burgundy. He bottles the two sites separately and ages them in 228 litre French oak barrels, a third of which are new. This hails from 50 year old vines planted at 600 metres. Compared to the Porcacciamiseria, this is much more balsamic than floral in fragrance. It is also relatively substantial in fruit and power. On the palate, dark cherry is punctuated by thyme, graphite
